Kristina Efremova
Coach
My journey began when my mom who was a competitive gymnast took me to gymnastics when I was 3 and I started competing when I was 6. That's when I found my passion!
I have been coaching since 2005. I coach Artistic & Rhythmic competitive & recreational programs. My favorite part about gymnastics is it's creativity and Beauty. I have tremendous respect for the sport and those who want to see it thrive. I really enjoy working with kids and teens; it's wonderful to watch them accomplish their gymnastic goals and dreams . My goal is to pass on the love and respect I have for this sport to the next generation!
